32-Year-Old Man Shot on Parkside Drive

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the late evening on Jan. 27.

According to a news release, officers were called to the 4800 block of Parkside Drive at approximately 11:46 p.m., where they found a 32-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds. 

The medics took the victim to an area hospital, where he is currently in a serious condition. 

The victim told detectives he was walking towards Shannon Drive when he heard gunshots and ran.  He realized he had been shot and got help, said police.
