The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Central District.
On June 13, at approximately 2:22 a.m., officers were patrolling when they heard a firearm discharging coming from the 1600 block of Fleet Street.
Upon arrival, officers located a 31-year-old man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to his leg. The victim was transported to an area hospital and is listed in stable condition.
Central District shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
