The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a non-fatal shooting in the late evening of Jan. 19. 

According to a news release, patrol officers were called to an area hospital at approximately 9:15 p.m. for reports of a walk-in shooting victim, where they found a 30-year-old man suffering from an apparent non-life threatening gunshot wound. 

The victim stated he was in the 3000 block of South Hanover Street at approximately 8:15 p.m., when he was shot by an unidentified suspect, police said.
