30-Year-Old Man Shot in Northeast Baltimore Following Verbal Dispute

The Baltimore Police Department announced (BPD) announced an investigation into a shooting incident in the Northeast District.

On April 10 at approximately 7:33 p.m., officers responded to Belair Road and Parkside Drive for a discharging. Upon arrival, officers found no signs of discharging.

Shortly after, officers were called to an area hospital, where a 30-year-old man was seeking treatment for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

Northeast District shooting detectives responded to the scene and learned the shooting occurred in the rear of the 4200 block of Belair Road. Further investigation revealed the shooting stemmed from a verbal altercation that escalated.
