A 28-year-old Baltimore man who was accused of murder nearly three years ago will go to trial in September 2022.
Lawrence Wilson Jr. is charged with first-degree murder, firearm use in a felony violent crime, and firearm possession with a felony conviction. He appeared in Baltimore City Circuit Court on Dec. 20 before Judge Melissa M. Phinn and his defense attorney, Donald Wright.
Wilson previously rejected a plea offer in May.
During Monday’s proceedings, the prosecution agreed to a trial date of Sept. 21, 2022. The trial is expected to last six days. Judge Phinn approved the date.
