29-Year-Old Man Shot on Sherwood Avenue

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the afternoon on May 4. 

According to a news release, officers were called to the 2100 block of Sherwood Avenue around 2:48 p.m. for a shot spotter alert, where a 29-year-old man was found suffering from a gunshot wound. 

The victim was taken to an area hospital, where he is in serious but stable condition. 

Eastern District shooting detectives are investigating this incident.
