A 29-year-old man is in stable condition after he was shot on Nov. 11 along Manchester Avenue.
According to the Baltimore Police Department, officers were called to the 3600 block of Manchester Avenue around 9 p.m. on Thursday when they found the victim with a gunshot wound to his hip.
Medics took the victim to a hospital for treatment.
