The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a murder on Sunday, Jan. 9.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 2000 block of East North Avenue for reports of shots being fired, where they found 27-year-old Robert Harper suffering from a gunshot wound.
Homicide detectives ask anyone with information to call 410-396-2100 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7lockup.
