The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the early morning of Aug. 21.
According to a news release, officers were called to an area hospital around 3:04 a.m. for a shooting victim walking-in seeking treatment, where a 27-year-old man was found suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot to the left thigh.
Eastern District shooting detectives responded out and are investigating this incident.
Detectives have not yet determined where in the city the victim was shot.
