25-Year-Old Woman Shot on N. Dukeland Street

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the early morning hours of June 19. 

According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 600 block of North Dukeland Street around 12:34 a.m. for reports of shots being fired, where a 25-year-old woman was found suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. 

The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was involved in a dispute with a group of females when an unidentified suspect shot into the ground, hitting the victim.
