In reference to the shooting that occurred Sept. 12, 2025 in Mondawmin, detectives have arrested 25-year-old Quandre Evans of Baltimore.
Evans was arrested in connection to the shooting of a man on the 1900 block of Herbert Street.
On March 9, detectives arrested Evans and transported him to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.
