23-Year-Old Man Sustains Minor Injury in Greektown Shooting

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Southeast District.

On Jan 30, 2026, at approximately 12:06 a.m., Southeast District patrol officers responded to the 700 block of South Macon Street for a report of a shooting.

Officers located a 23-year-old male suffering from an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot while in the 700 block of South Macon Street, where a crime scene was located.
