The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Central District.
On Oct. 4, at approximately 9:29 p.m., officers responded to the 1700 block of E. Pratt Street for a reported shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located a 23-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the arm. The victim was transported to an area hospital and listed in stable condition.
Central District shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
