The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a fatal hit-and-run incident in the Southeast District.
On Dec. 23, at approximately 9:47 p.m., Southeast District patrol officers responded to the 2400 block of Orleans Street for a report of a pedestrian-involved crash.
Upon arrival, officers learned a 21-year-old man was struck by a vehicle that fled the location. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital, where he later died.
Crash Team investigators are handling the case.
