Nigel Arrington was critically injured in a shooting on Aug. 10, 2022, while on the 5300 block of Eastbury Avenue.
On Nov. 27, 2023, Arrington died at an area hospital.
Arrington’s body was transported to the Medical Examiner’s office, where the victim’s death was ruled a homicide on Feb. 2.
