2021 Murder Suspect Arrested in Traffic Stop

In reference to the death of Jason McNair, who was found fatally stabbed at a home on the 1400 block of Aisquith Street, on Aug. 17, 2021, Baltimore Police Department detectives have arrested 40-year-old Jenita Foster of Baltimore.

Homicide detectives continued to investigate this case, identifying Jenita Foster as the suspect and obtaining an arrest warrant for her arrest on Nov. 7. 

Warrant Apprehension detectives located Foster during a traffic stop on Nov. 9, recovering a firearm from her. Detectives transported Foster to Central Booking Intake Facility, where she has been charged with first-degree murder and additional handgun violations.
