The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Central District.
On May 30, at approximately 11:28 p.m., officers responded to the unit block of W. Baltimore Street to investigate a report of a stabbing.
Upon arrival, officers located a 20-year-old man who was suffering from a stab wound to his chest.
The victim was transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he was pronounced deceased shortly after.
Homicide detectives are investigating the incident.
