The Baltimore Police Department has made an arrest for the Feb. 12, 2021 murder of 29-year-old Terrell Caldwell that occurred on the 4000 block of Bonner Road at approximately 6:59 p.m., where he was found suffering from a gunshot in the back.
The victim was transported to Sinai Hospital, where he later died of his injuries.
Through the course of their investigation, homicide detectives were able to identify the suspect as 20-year-old Richard Crowner, who was arrested on Feb. 17 on the 500 block of N. Carey Street following a brief foot pursuit.
Crowner has been charged with first degree murder and is being held without bail at Central Booking.
