2 Shot on Ridgewood Avenue

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Northwest District.

On July 1, at approximately 4:44 p.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a walk-in shooting victim seeking treatment.

Upon arrival at the hospital, officers spoke with a 22-year-old male victim and a 15-year-old male victim who were suffering from apparent gunshot wounds to the body. Both victims are listed in stable condition.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victims were in the 3000 block of Ridgewood Avenue when they were shot.

Northwest District shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
