2 Injured in Downtown Shooting

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Central District.

On April 20, at approximately 5:55 a.m., Central District patrol officers were at Eutaw and Saratoga Street when they heard gunfire.

Officers observed a 25-year-old man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

Officers canvassed the area and located a 67-year-old woman also suffering from an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

Medics responded to the location and transported both victims to area hospitals for treatment.

Preliminary investigation revealed that both victims were shot in the 300 block of Eutaw Street.
