Two co-defendants accused of murder rejected a plea offer from the prosecution on Jan. 5 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa Phinn.
William Holloman and Darrell Parker, both age 16, are charged with two counts of first-degree murder and use of a firearm in a violent crime in connection to an incident on July 1, 2021.
Parker is also charged with possession of a firearm as a minor.
During reception court on Wednesday, Judge Phinn listened as the prosecutor offered Parker and Holloman the same plea of life for first-degree murder.
