The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an arrest in reference to a homicide that occurred in the Northwest District.
On June 20, detectives and U.S. Marshals arrested Joseph Hubbard, 33, and Darius Bell, 32, at a home in Baltimore County.
Bell and Hubbard were arrested in connection to the fatal shooting of Christopher Banks, 30, who was killed on March 15, in the 5400 block of Park Heights Avenue.
Both suspects were transported to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where they were charged with first-degree murder.
