17-Year-Old Girl Shot in the Leg on Clifton Avenue

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred in the evening on March 29. 

According to a news release, at approximately 6:52 p.m., officers responded to an area hospital where a 17-year-old female was seeking treatment for a non-life threatening gunshot wound to her left leg. 

Central District shooting detectives were working to determine the location of the incident when they found that the victim was shot on the 1800 block of Clifton Avenue. Western District shooting detectives have taken over the investigation.
