17-Year-Old Boy Shot in McElderry Park, Expected to Survive

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Southeast District.

On June 11, at approximately 3:59 p.m., officers responded to the 2400 block of Jefferson Street to investigate a reported shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located a 17-year-old boy suffering from a gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he is expected to survive his injury.

Southeast District shooting detectives have located a crime scene on the 400 block of N. Milton Avenue.
