In reference to an October non-fatal shooting incident that occurred in Southeast Baltimore, investigators have arrested a 16-year-old resident of Baltimore County.
The juvenile suspect was arrested in connection to a shooting that occurred Oct. 5 on the 400 block of N. Ellwood Avenue. A 24-year-old man sustained a non-life-threatening gunshot wound in the incident.
On Dec. 9, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested the teenage suspect without incident while on the 100 block of Kane Street. The suspect was transported to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he was charged as an adult with attempted first-degree murder.
