16-Year-Old Shot in Northeast Baltimore

Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting that injured a 16-year-old victim on Sept. 6 around 9 p.m. on the 3900 block of Kenyon Avenue. 

The victim was found with a gunshot wound to the arm and was taken to a hospital where he is being treated.
