A 15-year-old teenager was injured in a shooting on Dec. 16 while walking to a store on E. 41st Street.
According to a news release, Baltimore Police Department officers were called to the 900 block of Cator Avenue around 7:30 p.m. and found the victim with a gunshot wound to his left leg. Medics then took the victim to a hospital where he was treated for a non-life threatening injury.
Police spoke with the victim who told them he was walking to the store on the 800 block of E. 41st Street where people in a gold Kia pulled up to him and began asking questions. The victim told police that someone then got out of the car and shot at him.
