A 15-year-old teenager was shot on Dec. 17 while walking on W. Saratoga Street.
Shortly after 9 p.m., the Baltimore Police Department reported, officers were called to the 1300 block of W. Saratoga Street for a report of a shooting. During their search, police were alerted of a shooting victim who walked into a hospital.
Police said the officers went to the hospital and found the victim with a graze wound to his inner thigh. The victim told police that he was walking in the area and saw a vehicle with dark tinted windows that pulled up behind him. The teenager said he heard gunshots and then felt a burning in his leg.
