15-Year-Old Boy Wounded in Shooting

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on Aug. 7.

According to a press release, officers were out on patrol when they heard several gunshots coming from the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Cumberland Street around 11:30 p.m.

Upon arrival, they found a 15-year-old boy with a gunshot wound. Officers provided medical aid until medics arrived and took the victim to a local hospital.
