The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Central District.
On March 7, at approximately 10:35 p.m., officers responded to the 1000 block of Abbott Court for a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located a 14-year-old boy who was suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he is expected to survive his injuries.
