The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a fatal vehicle crash in the Northwest District.
On June 13, at approximately 9:30 p.m., officers responded to the 4300 block of Liberty Heights Avenue regarding a motor vehicle crash.
Officers arrived on the scene and observed a single vehicle crash with two victims suffering from injuries. The driver of the vehicle was pronounced deceased on the scene.
A passenger, a 40-year-old male, was taken to an area hospital in serious condition.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the vehicle crashed, causing it to strike multiple parked vehicles and overturn.
Accident Investigation Unit (AIU) detectives were summoned to the scene and assumed control over the investigation.
