The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a mass shooting on Dec. 17 that left one dead and four injured.
Around 7:50 p.m., police said, officers were called to the 1300 block of W. North Avenue and found five victims with gunshot wounds. One of the victims, a 36-year-old man, was later pronounced dead, while the other four victims had non-life threatening injuries.
