Jury selection began March 24 for the trial of Cassandra McRae and Tavon Singleton, a couple accused in a deadly January 2025 triple shooting.  McRae, 37, and Singleton, 35, each face two counts of first-degree murder, four counts of attempted first-degree murder and multiple gun offenses in connection to the shooting, which left 52-year-old Antoinette Jennings dead, her son shot and a child wounded on the 5400 block of York Road.
